Ford had a great time on set.
To the San Diego Comic-Con festivals Harrison Ford told on his role as General Thaddeus Ross in the upcoming film Captain America: New World.
Thaddeus Ross, previously played by the late William Hurt, is the new President of the United States and the Red Hulk. Ford, who will be making his Marvel debut as Ross, has confirmed that he will be playing the Red Hulk in the film.
To do this, according to the actor, he needed motion capture and a little bit of indifference.

What did it take? Less worrying. I had to be an idiot for money. And I’ve done that before.
At the same time, Ford emphasized that he does not consider this something bad. The actor, according to him, had a great time and was delighted with the trailer.

It’s just that sometimes you have to do things that your mom or your acting coach wouldn’t like. But it’s fun, I enjoyed it.
The film’s co-stars were also delighted. Especially Anthony Mackie, who plays the new Captain America. Harrison Ford, in his opinion, is a real movie star and a “cool guy” all rolled into one.

He’s Harrison fucking Ford. He has this aura about him. But then it goes away quickly because he’s a great guy. He was like, “Let’s film this piece of shit.” And everyone was like, “Yeah, let’s film this shit.”
Captain America: New World will be released on February 12, 2025.
