Warner Bros. Games and Avalanche Software’s open-world action RPG Hogwarts Legacy has clearly earned itself a sequel — it was the best-selling game of 2023 worldwide. It looks like a sequel is already in production.

Portal Game Rant drew attention to the recently posted on the Avalanche Software website producer vacancywhich, according to journalists, contains indirect confirmation of the studio’s work on Hogwarts Legacy 2.
Avalanche Software’s next project, according to the job description, will be another open-world action RPG. The producer would benefit from experience working on a game with an “action/magic combat system.”

While the description may not be related to a Hogwarts Legacy-related game, Avalanche Software’s size (250 people, according to LinkedIn) makes it difficult for the studio to handle two major projects at once, Game Rant noted.
