A year after the official announcement, which also took place during THQ Nordic’s 2023 showcase, the developers at Grimlore Games have presented a gameplay trailer for Titan Quest 2, which you can find in the gallery below.
Today’s video opens by offering us some glimpses of the game world’s settings, followed by a mix of scenes showing frenetic combat and the physical and magical abilities we’ll be able to use with our hero, obviously based on the build we decide to use.
A welcome return to PC and consoles
The video unfortunately does not reveal the release date of Titan Quest 2, not even an indicative one, limiting itself to remembering that the title is currently in development for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Evidently the developers still need time to refine the title as best as possible before committing to a release window.
Titan Quest 2 is an isometric action RPG set in a world based on Greek mythology. In the game, you play as a warrior tasked with facing and defeating Nemesis, the Goddess of Vengeance who is corrupting the Threads of Fate. Players can customize their hero to their liking and combine two different masteries to create a unique hybrid class. There is also the option to play online multiplayer with other users, to explore the world full of surprises, challenges and pitfalls that characterizes the game.
