We’re almost there: after a long wait, the launch date of Dragon Age The Veilguard is about to be announced and this August we will finally find out when we will be able to play the new episode of the series. In the meantime, however, a well-known insider seems to have clear ideas about the release date.
According to journalist Jeff Grubb, the next Dragon Age will not be released until October and he is actually quite convinced that it will be in this specific month that Electronic Arts and BioWare will publish their new production. “According to the latest rumors I’ve heard, it will be in October, at least that was the case until a few weeks ago, there could have been changes. But I think it will be October, at the latest at the end of the month. That could change from here until they officially announce the date, but I think this is the right time to release it as they have been aiming for October for a while now”, says Grubb during the latest edition of the Giant Bomb podcast.
October actually seems like a credible time for the debut of Dragon Age The Veilguard considering the multiple confirmations of its release by the end of 2024. In the worst case scenario, BioWare’s latest effort could become a reality in November or December, but in any case, it’s a matter of waiting a few more months before the long-awaited debut. Considering that Dragon Age The Veilguard will be full of characters and dialogues, the project seems to be quite ambitious: now all that remains is to wait for the announcement of the definitive release date.
