Phantom Blade Zero is among the most interesting games coming out of China, and all action game lovers have long since set their eyes on S-Game’s intriguing project. But when will Phantom Blade Zero be released on PC and PS5? The answer might not please you very much.
Despite having shown another 14 minutes of gameplay of the game in recent days, S-Game has not revealed anything at ChinaJoy 2024, and has not communicated any news regarding the launch date. Information on the game’s debut window, however, has emerged online, after the latest video published by JorRaptor.
The YouTuber recently released a new video dedicated to Phantom Blade Zero, a title he was lucky enough to try out first-hand at the Summer Game Fest in June. The content creator claims to have attended a closed-door presentation of the action game, and it is here that the developers at S-Game confirmed that they are aiming for a specific release window, which is unfortunately quite far away in time.
Phantom Blade Zero will reportedly be coming out during the fall season of 2026, so in just over two years. Surely those who are particularly eagerly awaiting the game’s arrival will not be exactly jumping for joy upon learning this information, but in any case we await any official communication from S-Game regarding the expected timing and methods of publication.
Meanwhile, the development team has already made it clear that Phantom Blade Zero won’t be as frustrating as FromSoftware’s Souls.
