On the other hand, Aniplex, TYPE-MOON, and fuzz have announced the release date of Fate/stay night REMASTERED, which is August 7, 2024. This game will be released on Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam).
Below is a description of Fate/stay night REMASTERED:
Holy Grail War.
A ritual held in Fuyuki City by the witches who grasp to reach the Root.
Seven wizards, known as Masters, gather to compete for the Holy Grail, which has the power to grant its owner any wish.
They battle other Masters for supremacy by summoning Heroic Spirits, known as Servants, who are summoned by the Holy Grail.
However, during the past four Holy Grail Wars, history has not shown a single winner.
During the Fourth Holy Grail War ten years ago, Shirou Emiya was saved from the midst of the flames of war by a self-proclaimed wizard named Kiritsugu Emiya.
Young Shirou began living with Kiritsugu and constantly asked for instructions in magic, much to the wizard’s disapproval. On the night before Kiritsugu’s death, Shirou promised his adoptive father that he would become a Hero of Justice.
Fast forward to the present.
One lonely night, Shirou gets involved in the Holy Grail War and is attacked by a Servant.
As the flash of steel threatens his life, a girl wearing knight armor appears to stop the fatal attack.
Servant, who came to save the would-be Hero of Justice, and Master, who was saved by the Heroic Spirit of the Sword; their fate is moving…
