The high-speed racer Phantom Spark has a release date!
Coatsink and Ghosts are excited to announce that their exciting high-speed racer Phantom Spark will be released on August 15th for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
Inspired by adrenaline-fueled games like Trackmania, WipeOut, F-Zero and Thumper, Phantom Spark challenges players to set record times while racing through otherworldly architecture.
Phantom Spark features a full single-player campaign where you must challenge the Domain Champions, as well as a split-screen multiplayer mode where you can compete against your friends.
Global online leaderboards put your skills to the test as you attempt to improve your abilities and set record times.
Race against Ghost opponents to see the current best time in action. This will help you improve your racing line and find those extra split seconds that can make all the difference. Instant restarts keep you in rhythm and let you focus on improving your times on each track.
“For three years, it was just us, friends and testers, on the leaderboards. I’m excited to see what strategies players will find and how they react to the design of the world and the paths,” says Joo Van Hove, Design & Developer of Ghosts. “We (the developers) are saving our internal competition until after the release and will see if we can even make it into the top 10.”
