An amazing fact about the life of veteran actor Wesley Snipes is that his exceptional career has become the subject of attention in the Guinness Book of World Records. Having first played the vampire hunter Blade more than twenty-five years ago, Snipes returned to the character in a cameo in the film “Deadpool and Wolverine.” Thus, his length of filming in the Marvel Cinematic Universe has surpassed Hugh Jackman and Sir Patrick Stewart (both have been filming since 2000).
One of Snipes’ unique records is the longest gap between appearances as a Marvel character, nearly twenty years. This record surpassed the previous achievement of Alfred Molina (Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2).
