As promised by Hoyoverse in the last few days, today the live broadcast focused on version 1.1 of Zenless Zone Zero took place, during which the main contents of the update coming out soon were shown.
In addition to adding new missions such as Qingyi’s Agent Story and a new story chapter, this update will introduce three new characters. In the first phase of the update we will be able to try to unlock the beautiful Qingyi (Electric – Stun, S Rank), an agent of the New Eridu Public Security who fights using a stick, which allows her to perform very agile combos. Only in the second phase will Jane Doe (Physical – Anomaly, S Rank) arrive, who fights by alternating kicks and lethal slashes with her daggers. Also in the Jane Doe timed banner there will be the first additional A-Rank character, namely Seth (Electric – Defense), armed with a stick and shield, two objects that can be combined to become a mighty sword to use in special attacks. Of course there will also be timed banners for the W-Engines, which are weapons created specifically for the new agents.
Among the other new features reported by the developers we find the possibility of using Jane Doe in some areas outside of combat, which can therefore be explored with a character other than Belle / Wise. Obviously the patch will also add the Nineveh boss and many limited-time events with extra rewards, among which we find the inevitable Polychromes, equivalent of Primogems in Genshin Impact.
