Witcher anime with the “original” Geralt is in the works!
As Redanian Intelligence reports, the anime The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep is set to be released on Netflix this year. What’s special about the adaptation: The original voice actor for Geralt from the video games, Doug Cockle, will return for the series and lend his voice to the witcher.
The anime will take place between the fifth and sixth episodes of the first season of The Witcher and will therefore cover a relatively short period of time. It is based on the short story “A Little Sacrifice” by Andrzej Sapkowski, who also wrote the novel based on the Witcher series and the video games.
