SCS Software has shared new details about the upcoming 1.51 update for American Truck Simulator. The developers said that in update 1.51, new loading and unloading animations for cargo will be added to the game. In update 1.50, players could already see similar animations in agricultural warehouses in Nebraska when using a grain trailer.
In Update 1.51, players who deliver cargo with their own grain trailer will be able to see dynamic loading and unloading of goods when transporting corn, soybeans, grain, sugar beets, animal feed pellets, potatoes or cottonseed not only in Nebraska, but also at special warehouses in Kansas and Arkansas, as well as at individual (prefab) warehouses throughout the United States.
The developers also reported that the chip truck will receive loading animations when transporting wood chips or cotton seeds for warehouses in Arkansas and individual warehouses. In the future, the developers plan to add unloading animations for the chip truck.
The release date for update 1.51 is currently unknown.
