British developer team Supermassive Games is currently busy developing several games at once, one of which is the debut game of the second season of The Dark Pictures Anthology, subtitled Directive 8020. There is very little information about it yet, but the studio seems to be preparing an announcement of new details at gamescom 2024.
The company’s official page has posted a post with an image of a planet and a caption mentioning an upcoming major gaming exhibition. Of course, such a message is almost a direct statement that Supermassive Games has prepared a presentation of The Dark Pictures Anthology: Directive 8020 for gamescom 2024.
What we do know so far is that the debut of The Dar Pictures Anthology Season 2 will have a sci-fi setting, set aboard the Cassiopeia spaceship, which will encounter mysterious troubles on its way to the planet Tau Ceti P.
