WhenToStream reported that the digital release of the film “Smerch 2” will take place on August 13. Thus, the film will be released digitally 5 weeks after the start of theatrical release.
The plot centers on Kate Carter, who studies meteorology in New York. She has found a way to predict the location and time of tornadoes. To explore the new technology, Kate and her team decide to go to Oklahoma.
The film was directed by Lee Isaac Chung and stars Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones, Anthony Ramos, Brandon Perea and others.
