There is some interesting news about the film adaptation of the horror game “Until Dawn”. It is finally known which actor will play the role of Dr. Hill.
Since the beginning of this year, it has been known that a film adaptation of the horror adventure “Until Dawn” is in production under the banner of PlayStation Productions and Screen Gems. The cinema release is probably a long way off, but more and more details about the big screen adaptation are leaking out. The latest news concerns a very specific role in the film.
Which actors are in the movie Until Dawn?
The first details about the cast of the film adaptation of “Until Dawn” were announced a few weeks ago. Michael Cimino, who previously made a name for himself in series such as “Moon Girl” and “Devil Dinosaur,” will be among those taking part.
Ella Rubin will also appear in the horror film. She previously worked on “Masters of the Air” among others. Ji-young Yoo (“Freaky Tales”) and Odessa A’zion (“Hellraiser”) are also on board. The latest announcement should particularly please fans of the game.
As recent reports showactor Peter Stormare will take on the role of psychiatrist Dr. Hill. He already played this character in the horror game of the same name. Maia Mitchell (“The Fosters”) and Belmont Cameli (“Because of you”) have also been added to the film’s cast. The project is therefore taking on more and more concrete forms.
When is Until Dawn in cinemas?
Apart from a few reports about the cast, Screen Gems and PlayStation Productions are still keeping quiet about the details of the film. When it was announced, it was said that the adaptation would be a “declaration of love to the horror slasher genre”, but that’s about it.
