How to make friends with Blot the cat in ZZZ?
To be able to tame a cat, you must first unlock the trust system in Zenless Zone Zero. This can be done around Internot level 30, by reaching the quest “(Main Line) Chapter 2 Interlude Story – Interlude”.
Then complete all 3 parts of the Soldier 11 story “The Mole in the Cave”. You don’t have to get the character herself. After that, she will send you a message with an offer to look at a black cat together.

How to increase the level of trust with Klyaksa?
If you want to increase your trust level with Blot as quickly as possible, you will have to fast forward time very often. The cat is guaranteed to be found on Sixth Street at night, so we recommend you repeat the following cycle:
Wake up;Use the “Rest” button on the time screen;Complete the fastest order available to you twice to rewind time to night;Complete the Blot’s trust event;Fall asleep and repeat.
You can choose the fastest order to your taste. We usually use the “Truly Deadly Trial” combat order from the insert story of Chapter 2, as it takes less than 10 seconds to complete.
Where can I find Klyaksa the cat?
There are several points where the cat will be encountered most often. The locations will differ depending on your level of trust with Klyaksa. At first, the cat will be marked with a dialogue icon and can be found here:
Near the Turbo tuning shop; In the Koff-cafe coffee shop; At the end of the road between the Koff-cafe coffee shop and the Vodopad Soup noodle shop; Opposite the toy store; In the alley behind the Godfinger club; On a trash bin behind store 141.
Around Trust Level 3, Blot will stop showing up, but will still appear regularly on Sixth Street. Just get close to the specified point to trigger the Trust Event:
At the exit from the video rental store; On the trash can behind Inspector Meowchel; In the coffee shop “Koff-cafe”; Near the noodle shop “Soup Waterfall”.
When to iron Klyaksa?
To raise your trust level with Klyaksa, you must perform certain actions when you meet her.
At first, the cat will be wary of you and at this stage you can only look at it from afar. Do not try to come closer or pet it, as this will lead to a decrease in trust.
As your trust grows, Blot will get used to you and stop running away. Around the same time, you will be able to complete the trust event “Abyssal Warrior Needs Support”, after which cat food will appear in Shop 141.
The assortment is updated once a week, so do not forget to replenish your cat food supplies in time. Lack of food automatically leads to the failure of the trust event.
With the advent of cat food, each time you encounter Blot, you will be able to choose whether you want to feed or pet it. At first glance, the outcome of this event seems random, but it is not.
After numerous encounters with the cat, we came up with the following scheme for translating from cat language, which worked for us without any problems. Look at the first meow with which the cat greets you. If there is an ellipsis at the end, then the cat needs to be fed. If there is an exclamation mark, then you can pet it.
Here are the phrase combinations we’ve come across over the years:
Meow… (says hello) + Meow-oo… (asks for help) = feed; Meow! (says hello) + Meow-oo… (asks for help) = pet; Meow… (says hello) + Meow-oo-oo!… (asks for help) = feed; Meow! (says hello) + Meow… Purr-Purr… (asks for help) = pet.
Blot and other cats
Starting from the second level of trust, you will also meet Blot in the company of other cats. This event has several possible outcomes, giving different increases in trust:
Feed Blot first – trust ++;Feed other cats first, then Blot – trust ++;Feed other cats, then other cats again – trust -;Play with cats – trust +.
Hide and Seek with Blot
Starting from the third level of trust, Klyaksa will sometimes offer you to play hide and seek. You need to find her twice to get the maximum increase in trust. Here is a list of places where she can hide:
In the back of the truck to the left of Shop 141; Inside the pipes to the right of the Godfinger Club; On a chair behind Mr. Panda in the Koff Cafe; On a box next to the newsstand; Inside the tires at the end of the alley behind Inspector Meowchelo; In a small crack to the left of the toy store.
How to tame Blot in ZZZ?
When your trust level with Blot reaches level 4, Soldier 11 will send you a message and invite you to a night date with Blot. This will add the quest “Meeting Blot” to your diary. Complete it, then wait until the evening of the next day.
Soldier 11 will message you again and ask you to meet at the video store to talk face to face. She will bring a cat to the meeting and ask you to adopt it.
Give Klyaksa a new name, after which you will always be able to find it in your video rental store. As a reward, you will also receive a hidden achievement “Hooray, cat!” and 5 polychromes.
