Several voice actors and staff from Final Fantasy VII Rebirth recently attended a special panel during Otakon 2024, which ran from August 2nd to 4th.
During one particularly significant conversation, Naoki Hamaguchi announced that the next installment in the Final Fantasy VII Remake series would bring back the Queen’s Blood card game.
Further details about this return were not provided, but it is good to know that the fan-favorite card game will be given even more life in the next and presumably final installment. It will also feature unspecified improvements and additions, as it is described as “an updated, even more refined version of Queen’s Blood.”

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth takes place after the events in Midgar that occur throughout Final Fantasy VII Remake, and sees the party exploring much of Gaia.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is available exclusively on PlayStation 5.
