There have already been reports online about Lenovo’s plans to release a new version of the Legion Go portable gaming system. Now confirmation of this has been found on the vendor’s official website. However, the detailed specifications of the device are still kept secret.
According to Lenovo’s website, the updated Legion Go will feature a 7-inch display, HDMI video output, and a dual-fan cooling system. Recall that the previously released console uses an 8.8-inch display and a single-fan cooler, and provides two USB-C ports for image output.
There are no details about the “stuffing” of the new version of Legion Go. However, Lenovo was previously credited with working on a simplified version of the console, that is, it may be based on the AMD Ryzen Z1 processor, while the old model uses a more productive Ryzen Z1 Extreme. Be that as it may, it remains to wait for official details.
