Last week, Sony announced the new PlayStation Plus Essential games for August 2024 that will be available to download this month for Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers. But when are the new PS Plus games coming out?
This month, subscribers can download LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach, and Ender Lilies Quietus of the Knights. Three interesting games for lovers of their respective genres, with the LEGO Star Wars game being the highlight of the August lineup, but be careful not to underestimate Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach and Ender Lilies Quietus of the Knights, you might like them!

All three new games will be released on PlayStation Store in the late morning Italian timeframe of Tuesday, August 6, and will remain downloadable until the first Monday in September inclusive. These are the very last hours to download July’s free PlayStation Plus Essential games: Among Us, NHL 24, and Borderlands 3 can be claimed until 11:59 p.m. ET today, Monday, August 5.
