The developers of the only fully working PlayStation 3 emulator called RPCS3 have updated their software to a new version exclusively to add support for its work with AMD processors on the Zen 5 architecture. Previously, the emulator accepted all Zen 5 on Zen 4, which interfered with the work of multithreading and reduced performance, and now the situation has been corrected. In addition to this, the stability of the software itself has been increased.
RPCS3 is literally the only well-functioning PlayStation 3 emulator for PC at the moment, but it still requires quite a bit of CPU power to handle playable frame rates in heavy games.
