This time, Sven Vinke did not put on his armor.
The release of Baldur’s Gate 3 turned one year old: the game left early access on August 3, 2023. A few days after the anniversary, the Larian Studios team released a thank you video for fans – and about fans.
Most of the video is dedicated to the Baldur’s Gate 3 gaming community: cosplayers, streamers, musicians and regular players who gave the project a positive review. The developers are very grateful to them – now Larian Studios has something to make new games with.
According to Sven Vincke, head of Larian Studios, the players managed to “overwhelm” the developers with their feedback, work and love. Apparently, Sven was so touched that he even forgot to put on his favorite armor, which he always wore at the presentations of the game.
Larian Studios is currently working on two RPGs, the projects have no release dates or windows.
