Following the in-depth video on EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team, Electronic Arts’ Deep Dive video series on what’s new in the next chapter of the football simulator continues with a focus on Highlighter.
The multimedia window opened by the EA Canada team on the surprises and the latest features of EA Sports FC 25 gives us a peek into the work done by the North American subsidiary of Electronic Arts to give shape to Highlighter and the systems responsible for managing this gameplay innovation designed to offer players the opportunity to relive, share and preserve the most exciting moments of their matches.
In introducing this new feature, EA explains that Highlighter was created to provide fans with a powerful tool for creating personalized and highly shareable content. The Highlighter system and its Hub will be home to Instant Replay, Match Highlights and Match Recap features, with the ability for users to record and save match highlights offline using numerous presets to enhance sequences, including an advanced video editing tool.
EA Sports FC 25 is scheduled to be released on the not-so-distant 27th of September on PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
