OpenAI has reportedly lost three key employees. Peter Deng, vice president of consumer products, John Schulman, co-founder, and Greg Brockman, president, are leaving the company. Brockman has announced an indefinite leave of absence that will last at least until the end of the year.
Schulman joined rival Anthropic to work on AI oversight, after the Superalignment team responsible for security was disbanded by OpenAI.
It is not yet known what Peter Dan is planning. He previously worked at Uber and Meta (banned in Russia), where he was responsible for product development.
