AMD has launched a promotion where you can get two upcoming top games if you buy certain CPUs or graphics cards from one of the participating retailers by October 5th. The purchase of laptops that are completely powered by AMD can also be eligible for the game bundle. You can request the vouchers until November 2nd, 2024. The two bundle games are Warhammer 40,000: Space Marines 2 and Unknown 9: Awakening.
The release of the Warhammer 3rd person action game is planned for September 9th, for the action adventure Unknown 9: Awakening no exact date has been set yet, but it should be released this year. By purchasing qualified products you can request the corresponding codes from AMD so that you can then play the games when they are released. A total of 11 shops are listed as participating retailers in Germany: Alternate, ARLT, CSL, Boostbox, Cyberport, One, IT Systemtreff, Memory PC, Mindfactory, Notebooksbilliger and Proshop. AMD has provided information on Amazon that you can only receive eligibility for the bundle directly during the payment process. If nothing is displayed there, none of the games are included with the purchase.

But which AMD hardware allows you to request the two games? When it comes to processors, this includes the eight Socket AM5 models from the Ryzen 7 7700 including the three X3D models, i.e. the Ryzen 7 CPUs 7700, 7700X and 7800X3D as well as the Ryzen 9 models 7900, 7900X, 7950X, 7900X3D and 7950X3D. When it comes to graphics cards, all models with a 7000 GPU from the Radeon RX 7600 XT are included, i.e. the Radeon RX 7600 XT, 7700 XT, 7800 XT, 7900 GRE, 7900 XT and 7900 XTX. The laptops are models with four CPUs: Ryzen 7 7435S, Ryzen 7 7735HS, Ryzen 9 7840HS or Ryzen 9 7940HS. In addition, an AMD GPU from the Radeon RX 7700S or Radeon RX 7600S series must be installed in the laptop at the same time. Incidentally, there is a promotion for the AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT running until August 31st, where you can choose two titles from the four games Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Company of Heroes 3, Lies of Pi and Starfield. Caseking is also one of the partners involved in the latter promotion.
