We have already told you about the big leak involving Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and that, due to a build published by mistake, is allowing some users to spread a lot of information about the game. Among these we also find the next Warzone map, which does not seem to have met with public favor.
It has been known for some time that the next map would not be Verdansk and insiders had even anticipated that the name of the future battle royale arena would be Avalon. However, what has made fans indignant were the recent leaks, thanks to which it was possible to see some videos of the map in question.
What has not convinced fans of the first-person shooter is the conformation of the arena and the distribution of points of interest, given that the images show that it is a map in which water occupies a large portion of the surface and there are numerous islands without any particular distinctive elements, whose aesthetics closely resemble that of Caldera. The main problem, however, seems to be the amount of water, which worries players due to the difficulties it could create during the gas escape phases.
Obviously we don’t know if the map in the leak corresponds to the one we will find in the game with the update that will arrive after the release of Call of Duty Black Ops 6, but we don’t rule out that the strong criticism will push Activision to make some changes.
