House of the Dragon – a spin-off of Game of Thrones – is one of the most popular TV series of the moment and has recently reached the end of its second season. Many are eager to find out what will happen in the third, but Jon Snow actor Kit Harington is not among them.
The actor spoke to the Associated Press and said he has no intention of watching the series.

“I can’t watch it, I think I’ve spent too much time on it,” Harington said. But despite not being a viewer, the star still wishes the cast and crew well, adding, “I hear it’s wonderful and it’s doing really well, but I don’t think I’ll ever watch that show.”
The Targaryen dragons are central to the TV series
Speaking instead of the series in which he starred, the Jon Snow actor says: “I don’t think I’ll watch Game of Thrones again for many years, it took me a few years to put it in the rearview mirror.”
Let us remember that the Game of Thrones prequel series takes place almost 200 years before the events of the previous series, when the Targaryen brothers were fighting for the Iron Throne, causing a civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons.
There’s also another spin-off series coming called A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, which we just saw a trailer for. Finally, George R.R. Martin – aka the writer of the novels – has reconfirmed that behind the scenes there are seven TV spin-offs in the works, four of which are animated.
