In theory, all Chromium-based browsers are supported.
There is another way to speed up YouTube in Russia – probably one of the easiest. Instead of GoodbyeDPI or a similar application, you can use “YuBust”, special extension for the browser.
There is a nuance: the extension developers warn that it is better not to open several tabs with YouTube. During tests of the extension, the service really worked normally only with one active YouTube tab – nothing happened in the others.
YouTube work without and with extension
The extension is created for Chrome, but it should work in all browsers based on the Chromium engine. Reviews say it works fine in the latest versions of Opera, and everything should be fine with Yandex Browser too.
“YuBust” and similar developments may be useful for users who for some reason decided not to use GoodbyeDPI (or similar) or VPN. In other cases, using these applications seems to be a more practical choice.
