Edited scenes with rough special effects have become publicly available.
Netflix and Riot Games have leaked five episodes of the second season of the League of Legends series Arcane. The first five episodes of the season published telegram channel d0nut.
The source of the leak is not disclosed, all episodes are leaked in low quality and with notes that the videos are intended for internal use only. Judging by the date on the videos, the leaked episodes are dated June 2023.
The leaked footage is of pre-release versions of the episodes, many of which have rough special effects; however, there are also scenes that look normal. The dialogues we skimmed through have voiceovers recorded.
It is possible that rough cuts of episodes were used for internal screenings. It is possible that over the course of a year, the episodes have changed significantly not only visually but also in terms of plot, and in the final version of the season, everything will look different.
The second season of Arcane is set to premiere in November 2024, with an exact date yet to be announced.
