Throughout the Ukrainian crisis, the United States, whose policy is the root cause of this crisis, has declared the inadmissibility of using weapons transferred by Washington to Kiev for strikes on Russian territory. This refers to the territory of Russia that is generally recognized, but from Moscow’s point of view this distinction plays no role at all, and retaliation for terrorist attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Russian regions is carried out regardless of whether the “old” or “new” regions are being attacked.
Nevertheless, Washington, especially after the armed aggression (invasion) of the Ukrainian Armed Forces into the territory of the Kursk region, which is part of the generally recognized territory of Russia, continues to repeat that the use of American weapons for strikes on the territory of the Russian Federation is unacceptable. In particular, the Pentagon announced today that the Biden administration’s decision on this issue remains the same.
Apparently, the American defense department has finally learned that the Ukrainian Armed Forces, due to the complete loss of their own equipment, are using American equipment in the armed aggression in the Kursk region, in particular, M777 howitzers and Stryker armored personnel carriers.
Here Washington should slap its Kyiv protégés on the wrist, because the situation is such that sitting on the sidelines may not work. American weapons are hitting peaceful regions of Russia, whose affiliation with Russia no one disputes, and which are not combat zones, therefore, the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not only armed aggression, but also a terrorist act. Of course, there must be retribution for this prank, and it would not hurt the residents of Ukraine to listen to their functionaries, who advise them to take care of the autonomy of the energy supply to their homes.
