Fortnite Chapter 5’s return to Apple devices has been rumored for weeks now, and after further bickering between the Cupertino company and Epic Games, it looks like the wait is almost over.
In the last few hours, in fact, a new update for the iPhone version of Fortnite, which has been unavailable on the AppStore for a while now, has been released by surprise. At the moment, the build of the free game by Epic Games for Apple platforms has reached version 30.40 and it seems clear that it is preparing for its debut. According to what was declared by free-to-play insiders, it is very likely that the Epic Games store for iPhone will arrive on August 16, 2024: if this were to be true, it means that the chances that Fortnite will arrive on iPhone on the same day are very high.
While we wait to find out more details about the return of Fortnite on iPhone (and later also on iPad, as confirmed by the developers themselves), we remind you that in the last few hours a historic change has been announced regarding the distribution of skins for Fortnite Chapter 5, which will undergo a very important change from next season.
