Sony’s PlayStation VR2 virtual reality headset has received official support for personal computers. To use it, PC gamers will need special adapterwhich is already available in overseas stores for $60, as well as the PlayStation VR2 App. It is available for download at Steam.
According to Sony, PlayStation VR2 owners have access to a Steam library of thousands of VR games, including Half-Life: Alyx, Fallout 4 VR, and War Thunder. However, there is a fly in the ointment. Some of the headset’s features are not available on PCs. These include HDR, eye tracking, adaptive triggers, and haptic feedback. Sony may implement support for these in the future, but there is no information on this yet.
