Bethesda’s promised Starfield surface vehicles are getting ready to explore the alien worlds of the Microsoft exclusive: the first images and video of this new, highly anticipated means of transport have emerged online, which will presumably be available with the next free Major Update.
Initially bounced on the gossiped portal 4Chan and then landed on Reddit and social media, the multimedia material that is quickly making the rounds on the most popular online sites among Starfield fans allows us to appreciate the look of the new surface vehicles, complete with an in-game sequence showing the first-person view.
The reliability of this leak seems to be strengthened by the complexity of the physics engine responsible for managing the vehicle’s behavior as it races through the rocks and plants of the desert of an unspecified alien world of Starfield, but as usual we invite you to take any preview or so-called rumor with a pinch of salt and consider it as such.
The only certainty in this sense is represented by the official arrival of surface vehicles, confirmed several times by Bethesda studios as part of the 2024 Roadmap drawn up for Starfield which will culminate with the arrival by the end of the year of the Shattered Space expansion and the free Update which will introduce, precisely, the highly requested means of transport to speed up the exploration of alien planets.
