Total Film journalists have published new stills from the film Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, a sequel to the 1988 film. They feature the main character played by Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder as Lydia, and Jenna Ortega as her daughter. One of the photos features the film’s director, Tim Burton.
The events of the film “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” will unfold almost 40 years after the events of the original film. According to the plot, the Deetz family faces a tragedy, after which they return to the house in Winter River. Soon, Lydia’s daughter accidentally opens a portal to the afterlife, from where Beetlejuice comes.
The sequel is scheduled to be released worldwide on September 6, 2024.
