In the middle of the afternoon, the announcement of a new title arrived that will surely attract the attention of strategy lovers. We are referring to Band of Crusaders, a new real-time strategy game with a medieval dark fantasy setting that draws on the imagery of The Witcher and that has just been revealed with a trailer.
The game, defined by the development team as a dark medieval strategy RPG, allows you to create a sort of small army made up of up to twenty crusaders, who can be strengthened and led into combat against monstrous creatures. Band of Crusaders alternates RTS-style combat phases with management-style ones, in which the player is called upon to manage the crusaders’ camp and the soldiers themselves, who can be customized in various ways.
It also seems that the map has a day/night cycle and may undergo changes based on the presence of demons, which will modify some aspects of it, making it more or less difficult to venture into certain areas.
