As we wait for Sony to announce the new PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games for August 2024, the first leaks have arrived about the games that will be leaving the PS Plus catalog during the month of September.
These are five RPGs that were released on PlayStation Plus in September 2023 and will be available for 12 months. We don’t have a removal date yet, but the five Star Ocean games have appeared in the soon to be unavailable on PlayStation Plus section:
Star Ocean First Departure R
Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness
Star Ocean The Last Hope
Star Ocean Till the End of Time
Star Ocean the Divine Force
Also released among the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games for September 2023 are 13 Sentinels Aegis Rim, Dragon’s Crown Pro, and Odin Sphere Leifthrasir, but it’s unclear whether these will also leave the catalog next month or if they will remain available beyond that point.
There are also a number of games that are leaving the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalog in August 2024, including Need for Speed Unbound from Electronic Arts, Trials of Mana from Square Enix, Destroy All Humans!, Destroy All Humans 2 Reprobed, NBA 2K24, SpellForce lll Reforced, Lost Judgment from SEGA, Midnight Fight Express, Sea of Stars, and Moving Out 2.
