“Dead Island 2” will get even more content on October 22nd, and it’s even free.
Fans have been waiting eagerly for a “New Game Plus” and their wishes have been granted. You can once again immerse yourself in the bloody heart of HELL-A with your favorite weapons and face a whole range of new challenges. With increased difficulty, new enemies and additional skill slots, the fight against the undead will be more intense than ever before.
But that’s not all: In the new co-op horde mode Neighborhood Watch, players face off against massive swarms of zombies. As members of the Bobcats, a trio of college survivors, players must defend their fraternity house in Venice against relentless waves of zombies. With each successful playthrough, you face new challenges and unlock different skills, extraordinary weapons and themed skins that make for a unique and exciting experience.
“Dead Island 2” is available for Xbox and PlayStation systems as well as PC. The game will also be released for Mac in 2024.
