Warner Bros. Games has released a new trailer for “Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions,” which introduces various characters that franchise fans know from the books and films.
Warner Bros. Games has released further video material for “Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions” as part of Gamescom 2024. Titled “Magic is in the Air,” the trailer offers a glimpse of the dangerous sporting event that also gives the game its name.
The trailer gives a rough insight into the gameplay and shows locations in the wizarding world as well as scenes from the Quidditch matches in which well-known characters from the original take part.

Thanks to the various modes, including a single-player career mode, competitive multiplayer challenges and online co-op, “Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions” offers a variety of ways to immerse yourself in the world of Quidditch, according to the manufacturer.
During the game, you have to fly through various arenas and take on the roles of beaters, hunters, keepers and seekers. From the backyard games in the Weasleys’ Burrow to showdowns at the Quidditch World Cup, well-known characters from “Harry Potter” are available. These include:

Hermine Granger
Ron Weasley
Ginny Weasley
Draco Malfoy
Cho Chang
Die Weasley-Zwillinge (Fred und George Weasley)
Sebastian Sallow
Players also have the opportunity to create their own character.

PlayStation Plus members can keep their wallets closed
The release of “Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions” is scheduled for September 3, 2024. The launch will initially be digital in the standard and deluxe editions for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC.
The physical deluxe edition will be available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One from November 8, 2024. A version for the Nintendo Switch is planned for the 2024 holiday season.
In addition, “Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions” will be added to the PS Plus library from September 3 to 30, 2024, and members can get the title “for free.” After that, permanent access will be possible (with an active membership).
During this period, members will also be able to redeem the Best Firebolt broom skin as a free bundle.
