The Plucky Squire begins his picture book adventure on September 17th!
The charming developers at All Possible Futures and the dyslexic first graders at Devolver Digital are thrilled to announce that The Plucky Squire is hitting digital bookshelves on September 17 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
PS Plus subscribers can also add the game to their library as part of their monthly subscription. It’s basically free! Almost like a library book.
The Bold Squire follows the magical adventures of Jot and his friends – picture book characters who discover a three-dimensional world outside the pages of their book.
When the treacherous Grummweil realizes that he is the book’s villain – destined to lose his battle against the forces of good for all eternity – he throws the heroic Jot out of the pages, permanently changing history. Jot must face challenges unlike any he has ever faced if he is to save his friends from Grummweil’s dark forces and restore the story’s happy ending.
In this enchanting action adventure, you jump back and forth between 2D and 3D worlds, solve puzzles, box with badgers, fly with a jetpack and enjoy many other delightful and surprising mini-tasks while becoming the hero of a living fairytale book.
