Even though this game is an arcade shooter, I still want to immerse myself in the gameplay. This is absolutely and completely impossible when a neon green dragon with stupid wings and a cannon that shoots bright orange bullets pops out around the corner, causing my entire screen to explode in a laggy mess of stupid bubblegum effects.
Please, Activision, if you don’t give us the option to manually disable this eyesore, I will literally pay you for it. Name your price. I got this game for free (on Xbox via Game Pass), so I would happily pay a decent amount of money just to be able to play a military shooter where it looks like I’m in a war.
I guess it’s not a very popular opinion, but I’ve had a soft spot for Call of Duty since I was 13 and would like to continue playing the series I’ve loved for decades.
To be clear, I understand that COD is not a tactical military simulator, and I never said that. I just want a classic COD arcade shooter where I can at least pretend I’m not playing Fortnite 2.0.
