At the presentation of Naraka Fest 2024, publisher NetEase Games and developers from the studio 24 Entertainment presented a trailer for the launch of a crossover of their fantasy battle royale Naraka: Bladepoint with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Let us remind you that the Naraka: Bladepoint themed event based on the role-playing hit CD Projekt Red was announced back in June, but nothing has been heard about it since then. As it turned out, the event was scheduled for December 4th.
The five-minute crossover trailer shows Geralt of Rivia arriving in the world of Naraka: Bladepoint to collect a contract reward and defuse the situation with an offer to play gwent. The video also includes a demonstration of thematic content.
As part of the crossover in Naraka: Bladepoint, the appearances of Geralt (Tarka Ji), Yennefer (Valda Tsui), Triss (Sira) and Ciri (Sheyol Wei) appeared with unique sets of voice acting and dialogues.
Collaboration participants will also be able to unlock the legendary appearance of the Arondite sword, a wolf mask (and donkey ears) for Geralt, the Keymaster’s shovel, magic signs, decorative elements (like a stuffed unicorn) and other rewards.
Naraka: Bladepoint was released in August 2021, and since last summer it has been distributed using a shareware model. The game is available on PC (Steam, EGS), PS5, Xbox Series X and S. The project supports cross-play and has text translation into Russian.
The events of Naraka: Bladepoint take place in an eastern setting, where gamers will have to fight in battles of up to 60 people. In 2025, the game will be a collaboration with The King of Fighters franchise.
