While GamesVoice is just about to start dubbing the remake of the psychological horror game Silent Hill 2 from the Bloober Team studio, the Mechanics VoiceOver team is already reporting the release of its version of the unofficial dubbing.

Unofficial Russian voice acting for the remake of Silent Hill 2 from Mechanics VoiceOver is available for free. The crack is installed on the Steam version of the game. Download links are posted in the team community on the VK site.
“December has just begun, and we already have the first New Year’s gift for you, dear subscribers! Without moms, dads and gatherings, we decided to do voice acting for you for a fresh remake of Silent Hill 2, from fans for fans!” – says the announcement.

The role of James Sunderland in the Russian voice acting of Silent Hill 2 from Mechanics VoiceOver went to Andrei Mishutin, and the images of Mary and Maria were taken by Ekaterina Dmitrova. Other actors:
- Elena Lunina – Angela;
- Elena Baibikova – Laura;
- Konstantin Karasik – Eddie;
- Andrey Maslov – Thomas (Angela’s father);
- Dmitry Rybin – radio host;
- Pyotr Sleptsov is a doctor.
The release of the unofficial Russian voice acting of Silent Hill 2 was accompanied by a three-minute trailer. Mechanics VoiceOver warns that the video (attached below) contains plot spoilers.
In the comments, players appreciated the speed and quality of Mechanics VoiceOver. It is assumed that the dubbing for the team was paid for by the sponsor – GamesVoice in early November raised almost half a million rubles for the project.
The remake of Silent Hill 2 was released on October 8 on PC (Steam) and PS5. The game has earned high marks from critics and users. Sales of the project in the first three days after release exceeded 1 million copies.
