Developers from the Russian studio GFA Games presented a new gameplay trailer for their role-playing MMO shooter Pioner, and also clarified the release date of the game and its target platform.
Let us remind you that the release of Pioner was initially expected during 2022, but later the premiere was postponed first to 2023, and until recently the release was planned for 2024.
As it became known, the launch of Pioneer is now planned only in 2025. The release will take place on current generation consoles and on the Steam service – the page is already open, and the game is available to add to your wishlist.
By the way, the new Pioner gameplay trailer (attached above) is called “Desire” and demonstrates the main features of the game, including the surroundings, shooting, co-op and voice acting from GamesVoice.
The developers did not name the reasons for the transfer, but promised that “all details will be revealed closer to 2025”. Users, meanwhile, are trying to come to terms with another delay. “A Lifelong Wait”complains Hamadres on Steam.
The events of Pioner will unfold during the Soviet era on the island of Tartarus, isolated by a man-made anomaly, where monsters live, different factions are at war and powerful artifacts are waiting in the wings.
Pioner features PvP and PvE, dangers at every turn, a wide arsenal and bestiary, as well as graphics on Unreal Engine 4 and. Registration for the closed beta has been open since November, but the start date for testing is unknown.
