Sony is preparing players for 2025, which the company promises to make rich in releases. First of all, many major projects from third-party studios and publishers will be released on Playstation 5.
They presented a trailer where they showed major new products for 2025; DOOM: The Dark Ages from Bethesda, which is part of Microsoft Gaming, was included in this list. It is noteworthy that the trailer did not include the adventure Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which is also planned for release on Playstation 5 next year.
The trailer with games for Playstation 5 for 2025 showed:
- Assassin’s Creed Shadows
- Baby Steps
- Borderlands 4
- Death Stranding 2: On the Beach
- DOOM: The Dark Ages
- Dynasty Warriors: Origins
- Forever Skies
- Ghost of Yotei
- Hell is Us
- Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii
- Little Nightmares III
- Mafia: The Old Country
- Monster Hunter Wilds
- Sid Meier’s Civilization VII
- The Midnight Walk
- Where Winds Meet
The vast majority of the games on this list are multiplatform, but there are a few exclusives, such as Death Stranding 2: On the Beach or Ghost of Yotei.
Note that some expected games for 2025 were not presented in the trailer. First of all, players noticed the absence of Grand Theft Auto VI in it, although there were previously rumors that the game would be actively promoted on the Playstation. Also not in the video are Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, Exodus and many other 2025 projects.
