In 2020, the Yellow Brick Games studio was created, founded by one of the authors of the first Dragon Age, Mike Laidlaw. It was joined by many Bioware and Ubisoft veterans, and earlier this year they announced their first project – Eternal Strands. The game will be released on January 28, 2025, and today the developers announced that it has “gone gold.”
Work on the game Eternal Strands is completely completed and the authors have a release build. Now they will be preparing a day one patch to reduce the number of bugs on release. The developers also announced the cost of the game: $39.99.
Eternal Strands Coming to Xbox Series X | S, Playstation 5 and PC, plus immediately in Game Pass for January. This is a third-person single-player fantasy action game with RPG elements. The main character is the Weaver, who will fight various monsters using magical weapons and unique abilities, as well as controlling the environment and temperature to her advantage.
Previously, the developers of Eternal Strands said that completing the game would take about 25-40 hours. According to the Steam page, there will be no Russian localization in the game.
