Last week, on December 11, the game Faaast Penguin was supposed to be released for Xbox Series X | S. The project was released on Playstation 5 and PC back in September, and later appeared on Nintendo Switch, but the Xbox version was delayed. However, the release did not take place on December 11. As the developers explained, this was due to “a critical issue that arose during preparation for launch.”
Now the authors of Faaast Penguin have announced a new release date for the version for Xbox Series X | S. The game will be available early next week – December 23rd.
On December 23, Faaast Penguin will not only be released on Xbox consoles, but will also receive a major update with new maps. Players will be able to take part in competitions in the surroundings of the Egyptian pyramids.
Faaast Penguin is a free-to-play multiplayer game. In it, players play the role of penguins and compete with each other. 40 people participate in one competition.
Note that the Xbox Series X version of Faaast Penguin | S will support cross-play with all other platforms.
