Developers from the GSC Game World studio released 3 updates for STALKER 2 last week. The first of them was large-scale, it upgraded the game version to 1.1. The next 2 updates corrected the changes to the previous one and, first of all, the problem with saves. Now update 1.1.3 has been released.
Changes in update 1.1.3
- Fixed an issue with Richter during the mission “Road to the Foundation”.
- The developers have implemented a “workaround” that should prevent shader compilation from crashing by “skipping shader warm-up.”
- On PC, players should no longer experience ACCESS VIOLATION ERROR.
- The issue where axis invert settings were not saved after restarting the game has now been resolved.
- Fixed a bug that led to loss of control after shooting, reloading and subsequent inspection of the artifact.
In the announcement of the release of update 1.1.3 for STALKER 2, the developers indicated that this is the final update. Let us remember that they previously spoke about their plans for 2025.
