TOP 20 best games of 2024 for Xbox, Playstation and PC – Metacritic results

2024 has ended, and Metacritic has published results of the best games on all platforms. They analyzed the collected reviews for Xbox, Playstation and PC, compiling 3 separate lists of the TOP 20 best games of the year.

For a game to compete in the rankings with others, it must have received at least 7 reviews on Metacritic. At the same time, reviews on those platforms for which the game was included in the rating were taken into account. For this reason, some Xbox games (for example, Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut with a score of 86 points from 4 reviews) did not make it into the final TOP 20 due to a small number of reviews.

In all three lists, the leader was the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. It is noteworthy that on Xbox all the first 5 places went to games from Japanese developers.
