Publisher Capcom held an open beta for Monster Hunter Wilds last year, which attracted a huge number of players – online on Steam was approaching 500,000 users at its peak. On Xbox Series X consoles | S and Playstation 5, the first beta did not work well from a technical point of view, and now the developers are preparing to conduct a second test. They recently revealed the target resolution and FPS for the full game on Xbox Series X | S.

Monster Hunter Wilds Second Open Beta Dates Announced:
- First stage: from February 7 (06:00 Moscow time) to February 10 (06:00 Moscow time).
- Second stage: from February 14 (06:00 Moscow time) to February 17 (06:00 Moscow time).
Contents of the second game test
Players can expect the same content that was available during the first open testing. The only difference is a new monster to hunt – Gypceros.
Players will also be able to play in the second test as the characters they created during the first test – all progress will be carried over.
Testing Rewards
In the full version of Monster Hunter Wilds, players will receive special bonuses for participating in the second beta test: a decorative talisman for weapons and a set of items.
