There have been rumors for years that Final Fantasy VII Remake, released on Playstation 4 back in 2020, could appear on Xbox. Insider NateTheHate, in a new podcast episode on his channel, said that he “can confirm” the release of Final Fantasy VII Remake on Xbox consoles in 2025.
He also added that the game Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is also being prepared for release on Microsoft consoles, but it should be expected in 2026.
It’s worth saying that at the end of 2023, NateTheHate said that “at that time” Square Enix had no plans to release Final Fantasy VII Remake on Xbox. However, he did not rule out that the situation could still change.
