Microsoft has announced the Xbox Developer_Direct event, and among the projects announced for showing is a surprise game. Previously, there were rumors that a remaster or remake of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion could be announced at the show. But the insider claims that the surprise game will be different, but does not name a specific project.
Players found a mention of a certain unannounced game for Xbox Series X on the website of the French store fnac | S and Playstation 5 from Bethesda. The page itself does not provide any information about what kind of project this might be.
Last year, as part of Microsoft’s legal proceedings regarding the purchase of Activision, there were several leaks of Zenimax Media (Bethesda) documents. They named projects in development, including remasters of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Fallout 3, Dishonored 3, plus several games under code names.
The Xbox Developer_Direct event will take place on January 23rd. In addition to the surprise game, they will talk about DOOM: The Dark Ages, South of Midnight and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
