Nacon and Big Ant Studios announced today that “Rugby 25” will be released on February 13, 2025 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC.
The start of this year’s Six Nations tournament not only forms the center of the rugby world, but also marks the publication of Rugby 25, the most comprehensive rugby game in the series. The game contains over 140 officially licensed international teams, legendary stadiums and the most renowned tournaments and teams in the world.
Since the publication of “Rugby 25” in early access last June, Big Ant Studios’s development team has worked tirelessly to deliver new content every month. You have met with the best professional rugby players worldwide to reproduce them in the game using photogrammetry technology.
For the first time in a rugby game, “Rugby 25” will include a considerable number of the best women’s rugby teams in the world, including New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, Argentina, Italy and the USA.
With various game modes for individual and multiplayer experiences, “Rugby 25” also introduces Big Ant Studios’ well-known “Academy”. This gives the community the freedom of becoming creative and creating their own players, teams and stadiums. The comprehensive career mode allows the playing to train their team, plan tournaments, to manage and develop phases of rest and to develop play strategies in order to lead their team to victory.
“Rugby 25” will be available from February 13, 2025 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC.
